The Customer Support teams are energetic and have a passion for great customer service and they are often the first point of contact our customers have with our organisation. You will have the opportunity to work alongside some great colleagues who will doing a similar customer service role to you. Our Customer Support Advisors are a team who work mainly on the phone taking customer calls, but also support our customers by other channels.

Team duties will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Being the first point of contact to take incoming calls for our customers, successfully managing, investigating and where possible, resolving all queries in line with our guidance and policies  
  • Offering great levels of customer service (via phone, email etc) and building and maintaining good relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Taking ownership of accurately processing information required for our customers and accurately entering our systems, in line with service level agreements
  • Proactively look for ways to improve our services
  • Recognise and understand the importance of confidentiality

To do this role well you will need: 

  • To be Passionate about providing great customer service
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral 
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong MS Word and Excel 
  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) - Including English and Maths or comparable work experience.

In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you flexible and remote working options for a 37hr week (full time) with start and finish times between 8.30am – 5pm, or part time hours to suit. More information on the role and our benefits can be found here
